Trained in Europe, Chef Tim Muehlbauer describes his instincts as French Classical and he is committed to the techniques and flavours of that discipline tempered by a distinctly contemporary approach and a passion for local products. His goal for O'Doul's is to build a menu of signature dishes that are both delicious and nutritious and include the best of local ingredients. As Muehlbauer says "In my mind it's not about marketing, egos or trends — it's all about the food."
