About Chef/Owner, Alex Rotherham: With extensive experience in the casual dining sector, Alex is primarily a self trained chef. He has spent time working as both an observer and trainer in restaurant operations all over the United States and England. While his culinary skills evolved greatly over this time, the majority of Alex's culinary talents and experiences were developed right here in Vancouver.
