Winner of many local awards, this festive restaurant serves up hardy portions in a price range that's hard to beat. The menu was inspired by the cooking of Northern Mexico, Baja California, and Southern California. Broiling, grilling and baking are the primary cooking methods, but talk about guilt-free eating: when anything is fried, only cholesterol-free canola oil is used.
